Looks like a HP's 429421gc cast of pure lead WHAT DO YOU THINK A PURE LEAD BULLET WOULD DO TO A RIFLE BARREL?? IT PLAINLY SAYS BHN OF 12, OR HARDER THAN 10:1. THAT IS NOT PURE LEAD.

You're right. For some reason I was thinking lead was 12 when I typed the response. Guess that is why I typed HP's rather than HP'd

I don't doubt the listed velocities or the their claims. But I wonder, that with that impressive expansion and terminal effects, how is it for penetration ? Maybe best reserved for broadside shots ? steve b
