For anyone looking that’s a 454 case necked to .410 caliber. It likes 250-265 grain bullets

Those are awesome guns. I have had success using Reeder on a couple simple Redhawk conversions to 475 and 500 Linebaugh, but I forego any of his "engraving".

It is an awesome round. I had a 5 shot Bisley and it shot great. Another one I should have kept

....I know a lot of you are Recoil Junkies, but the 4.25 and 5.5" .41 Redhawks I have had kick enough with just full power .41 Magnum loads... 250s from a 5.5" run 1450 in a standard Magnum case so with the .410 it will push mid to upper 1500s...and unlike a SA all that recoil comes right back into the web of ones hand...
But that is a GREAT round...have been tempted to send my 5-shot .41 GNR cylinder back to Reeder and have it punched out to .410....
