Uhh,, the OP's question was answered. It's a set of sights,, offered by Micro,, for the Ruger Single-Six. Not a factory item. Well known by those of us who chase OM Rugers.
But I can also add a bit more info.
According to the serial number, made in 1964, as a single cylinder .22 LR only. But the barrel diameter is large enough that many folks have added a spare cylinder in .22 magnum. ANy serial number after 150000 has the larger bore.
What else are you looking for?

Grandpaw was born in december of 1907. It used to be part of a combination to the old Ranch gate that me and my pop shared. 12/7/42. Still cant get it out of my head even though it is long gone. It was close to the pearl harbor date and i got my wires crossed. This is starting to happen a lot these days. Hahahahahaha. R

I can relate Ronnie. Home on leave from The Corps, the father of a high school friend decided to tell me about Iwo Jima. He'd never told his own kids about it before. Heavy stuff, goosebumps and hair standing on end kind of stories. Back to the OP, I've got one of those MICRO's in a box somewhere too. Absolutely. Those men were the absolute top of the food chain in this world. Anyone who experienced Iwo Jima and Pearl and survived to tell the tale were revered by all who truly understand the word SACRIFISE! I would have loved to be a fly on the wall Wendigo. Goosebumps galore! R

My wife’s father received his Purple Heart at Hickam Firld that day. Sadly he died when my wife was 8 and I never had the honor of meeting him

OP's question not answered. Lot's of speculation. Ronnie can say anything, anytime. I'm no Single Six expert. What're we looking for except to identify the front sight? If so, brighter closer pics would help. Lots of potential in that rig if you wanted to customize it further, or just enjoy it as is after you find a holster with a GENEROUS sight channel lol.

Contender and Todd, Ronnie nailed it. It was 3 this morning when I posted that and hadn't taken the time to read read Ronnie's whole post so he called me at 10 and gave me the unabridged version! Contender thank you for the '64 date. This gun looks like a 2024 gun if they still make them this nice.

Similar "I'll hijack" story: Was sitting at Grand Lodge (freemasons) one year (about 30 years ago) reading RFK's 13 Days...dear old friend walks up and looks at the book...I start to tell him it's RFK's account of the Cuban Missile Crisis. He laughs, tells me to buy him a beer and let's chat. Rick was in the Navy at Gitmo DURING the Cuban Missile Crisis. Told me he called Mrs Lori (who was at NAS JAX) and told her to grab the kids and get the hell outta FL. I'd known Rick for over a decade through the Masons, ate dinner at his house about once a week, and roomed with him on trips, and never knew that about him. Also found out he was on the Navy Pistol Team. I own two of his firearms (one's a first year OMBH 45 Colt that I used as a donor before I knew better, the other is his Series 70 Colt Commander 38 Super). Both are treasured, as you can imagine. Back to your regularly scheduled programming.

Back to your regularly scheduled programming. Oh Man , Get down and Boogie. That is Awsome. If greg dont mind, keepem coming! Awsome, Totally awsome. The couple of weeks of the cuban missle crisis is a major story by itself. JFK Handled it like a stud. He really had the gift of negotiation and the right amount of grit and candor to get it done peacefully. Whether you agreed with his politics or not, he did a good job and defused the whole situation. I will give him that. This is not political. it is just history. I still beleive that if Richard Pavlick had not seen JFKs daughter pop up in the back window after church ( which he said Changed his mind) and blown him and himself to hell in his old buick. That LBJ who had the demeanor of atilla the Hun would have been in charge and the USSR would have ceased to exist in my opinion. S.A.C. had enough Nukers on the tarmac with orders to eliminate any city with a population of more than 10k in it. If in my humble opinion and that of my deseased grandfathers Younger brother who was previously a SAC Bomber pilot, B47s and then transitioned to the B52. He went to work for Skunk works and became a design engineer. He worked on the A12 then on to the SR71, so he had a pretty good idea of all the details involved. He said LBJ would have just carpet bombed cuba. They, Russia, would have responded probably in miami and New orleans and probably tac nuked Gitmo. And that would have been it. The secret service caught ole Pavlick off guard and he confessed it all. He had that car packed full of The Big D and a hand switch control for detonation wired up. I was under the impression that it was a 49 pontiac cheiftan but the written history says it was a 50 Buick. Check it out. very interesting.
