Beautiful! I would love to add one just like it someday. And as mentioned previously, once you break the ice it seems like they start to multiply!

Great looking quality firearm ! What really catches my attention though, are the grip panels in your avatar. What are they please ?

Great looking quality firearm ! What relly catches my attention though, are the grip panels in your avatar. What are they please ? I don't mind hijacking my own thread 🙂 Those are the grips on my OM Super Blackhawk that Jack Huntington did. I supplied the block of English walnut and they turned out fantastic! Attachments:

Absolutely beautiful. What is the finish on the gripframe? It looks like the best plum I’ve ever seen.

Just an FYI, I find my (multiple) 475’s prefer heavier bullets at slow to fast speeds, over lighter bullets at any speed. A nice HS-6 load with 400’s is pleasant to shoot all day.

Congrats! The freedom arms is an awesome platform for the 475 linebaugh. It's amazing how comfortable a 375 grain bullet over 10 grains of 231 is in this beast.

Now you need a 476-415swc mold from Arsenal. That bullet is accurate for as far as I have shot it in my guns (Reeder Redhawk and BFR). It's a fine game bullet from 850-1200fps.
A Freedom Arms in 475 with a 5.5" barrel is definitely on my wishlist.
