For you single shot pistol shooters, Precision Reloading has the Sierra 125 gr spitzer's in stock, they are very good in the 30/30 & 308's. No one else has them in stock.

Dick I use the 125 speer TNT for coyotes and have killed deer and hogs with them as well. They are incredibly accurate and i buy them in 500 packs for $75-$90 depending on who has them when im looking. You might give them a try, at least from an accuracy standpoint.

My favorite 308 full power rifle deer and hog bullet. VERY good on our long legged jackrabbit deer. Rarely an exit but never a lost deer.

Just a heads up, Bill Wilson was recently talking about the Sierra 125 PH bullet on the 300 hamr thread on the Texas hunting forum and stated that Sierra has started making this bullet harder, tougher than they used to. He was not getting any expansion at 300 hamr velocities ( around 2400 fps ) but still very accurate.
