I wouldn't worry about the grips, as most people change them out anyway, if they were flush to the frame, they would be way to slim , and I think that's even worse, couldn't see much going on with the front sight, but maybe a file, and some cold blue could correct that too

All factory grips or fit of same suck on Rugers. Fermin’s front sight would fix any issue also

The base is off on the front sight, but is it vertical? How does it shoot? If it's on target with the rear sight centered, I probably wouldn't worry about it.
Ruger factory grips never fit anymore. I always figure the set of custom grips in when I buy a gun anyway, no matter who built it.

For some reason 0nly 3 of 4 of the pics went to m Google photo account. This one might give a bit better angle/perspective on the front sight. photos.app.goo.gl/rxQZep6rbgBh6Psz9

The blade looks centered, and straight, myself, I could live with it, but it's your gun, can you?

I would have an issue with the front sight. That's not an easy fix, nor something I usually change anyway like the grips.
If it's new, I think I would be giving Ruger a call. I'd also slug the barrel first to check for thread choke.

I have seen some really poorly fitted grips on single action Rugers of late. Mostly on SS guns. The synthetic Grips are fitted horribly. The laminate grips on Blue guns seem better. ...tj

I would ship it back. I dont want to start a journey with a flat tire. Life is too short. Be sure to send a detailed letter with it. If you have a straight edge metal ruler, put it on the frame on both sides and see if either side has more or less distance from the front sight. That will tell you how off it is. If you send it and get it back "corrected", you can use the straight edge again to see if it has or has not been addressed.

I checked my 2013 manufactured blackhawk .357 and the grips have the same proud areas yours show.

The front base/sight is without excuse.
