I haven’t messed with this one. They are about 6 months late to the party unfortunately. It’s definitely bulkier than the Garmin but much smaller than the current LR version. We will see one soon but honestly, it would take something super special to have me change. The Garmin is so small and light, never misses a shot even with BB guns, and sets up in seconds. Hard to beat that. They are going to be priced the same as a Garmin it appears as well. They say it doesn’t have to be aimed like the old one but for some reason they built a sight into the top 🤷🏻♂️ sure it will be a great unit but they just took a little too long to make a change.

I'm going to take a look at one of these. I've got one of the old-school bunny ears chronographs and it's too temperamental.

I got to play with the Garmin this weekend. Three of us got together and chronoed all kinds of handguns and rifles. Never missed a shot out of at least 200 fired, setup was maybe a minute, and data was transferred to mobile devices without error. No experience with it before - got perfect results straight out of the box.
My experience with the standard Labradar wasn't nearly that positive. I see Labradar has dropped the price on their standard unit $125 and they're throwing in the $50 tripod. I'd hate to be competing with the Xero right now. It's an outstanding design and works exactly as advertised.
