AsAuctions.com is the website. I found at least one gun I had sold Mike and p[possibly a few more listed in the catalog. The one I know for sure is the TLA WTFTT 41 mag that I had bought from Boge years ago. That West Texas Flattop is the one I sold to Mr. Quinn years ago. Looks to be in the same condition as when it left here, it is not unfired though. Steve

The Gallagher 458/400 vaquero sold for 3300. Plus the fees. Wow.

Incredible collection, and not just the firearms.

I was an armchair participant for some of it. I bid a little. Lots of great Western and Indian items.

Wierd to sit back and watch this auction of one my friends life’s passion being sold off. Some stuff bringing a premium, most of the stuff seems to be bringing fair market values.
Timing is such I can’t be bidding on anything even though I’d love to have one of his guns as a keep sake.
My brother grabbed a pre 29 4” Smith if his.
Mostly I miss old Madbo.

I wish I could have met him. He sure had some great stuff and from what I understand a lot was moved privately. Ive seen Mike Barranti post about him online and Madbo seems like the best sort of individual. Ive only met a couple guys on this forum and sure would like to meet more. Seems like the Shootist holidays are where a lot of guys who like revolvers connect but I dont know the secret handshake.

I've been out bid twice so far but have one more I'm gonna try for. Like Fowler, I just want one because of the connection to Madbo.

No luck at the auction but had fun looking and bidding. My pockets are just too shallow!

If I had known the king style ribbed n frame s&w converted to 45 colt would only bring 850, i probably would have worked the bid some. Hopefully somebody in this forum won a few items and will do some feature show and tell.

Curious what the plain Vaquero in 500L went for, it was a Linebaugh.

Curious what the plain Vaquero in 500L went for, it was a Linebaugh. Trapr 4700 plus premiums. Johns guns are meant to be plain. I think all the fanciful stuff was to please vain buyers.
