Going to cost one at least $600 for a Flat Top anything for a base gun and another at least $600 to be rebarreled or rebored and then refinished...plus at least a year wait...
Doesn't seem all that unreasonable to me if looking for a FT .41...

There was one of these for sale on the Ruger forum recently for $850. I’m not a 41 guy but I should’ve bought it anyway. If I ever do build a 41, it will be on a mid frame flat top and have a long cylinder. a friend of mine is doing just that, and it’s gonna turn out out pretty cool.

These 41 flat tops were built on the large frame like the anniversary 44 mag flat tops.

I'll play. Way over priced, but I suppose if you're in the market and have the scratch for it.... Here's a picture of my flattop. The .41 is on the left and the .44spl on the right.
