The cylinder in the revolver is marked 44-40 Winchester.

These were made as a limited run for Jerry's Sports Center out of Pennsylvania in 1990 - 1991. Roughly 1,200 were shipped. 44 Mag / 44-40. Scroll to the end of the pictures and it says it on the box end. Yet another Ruger I never knew about.
