Who would have made .480 brass with Speer headstamp?

I'm not sure. I had 300 of them, but gave them to a friend recently.
Had 500 Starline that'll do me forever...

Probably Speer, right? I mean they offered factory 480 ammo at one point. I assume Fed/CCI/Speer have the capability to make their own brass for the ammo they load.
Is this once-fired or new?

I bought 400 rounds of once fired Speer 480 nickel plated brass several years ago thinking I’d turn it at the next gun show. Two weeks later a 480 came to live with me. I have loaded much of it a couple times now. No signs of wearing out.

I just wish that they still made it... I just wish ANYONE made it! I'll get by with what I have, and if it comes available I'll cut down 475 but I still prefer to have 480 head stamp brass.

I just found some “SPEER” recently in my brass stash. I wasn’t looking for 480R but it was a welcome surprise, it’s even primmed.😁
