I got my 357 Maximum back from Ronnie, super happy with it, with its new grip frame and she shoots great, I really like the grips he made me too. I have attached two photos Ronnie sent me before it shipped it's the first time I have added photos & I am hoping it works out correctly. Attachments:

The brass grip frame is the Potato Judge + 4. I should also mention that the grips he made me that I like so much are of a maple that he stabilizes himself, Ronnie is certainly a jack of all trades & is a Master of most if not all of them !! I can't believe how well he can pick things out for me that work so well, never having met me in person, just from numerous phone conversations. The grips seem to be almost shaped to my hand, not with finger grooves but similar as far as filling my hand well.

Beautiful, Ronnie knows his grip frames well, and a good conversation with him will get you the frame that suits you best

How long did Ronnie have it for? My local smith has had my Vaquero and Ronnie Wells gripframe for a long time with no progress on it.

How long did Ronnie have it for? My local smith has had my Vaquero and Ronnie Wells gripframe for a long time with no progress on it. I had it for a while but i actually had 2 of his revolvers! One Dan Wesson with a broken screw in it that turned into a nightmare. This maximum has been done for a couple of months but we did a bit more to it. I was looking for the perfect peice of wood and i found it. So we just finished it up and got it back to him. Chris is a super guy and i wanted it to be just right. He wasnt in a hurry so we slicked up the action and a few other goodies along the way. Hammer, Trigger. The hammer needed a lot of love. Haha. The Dan Wesson saga continues. R

Looks sharp. I have a big leaf maple burl cookie that was going to be a set of grips...The Boss saw it and now it's destined to be a charcuterie board Maple with a little golden pecan stain to bring out the figure in the wood is an amazing look...great choice on grips!

The 7 1/2” Maxi is my favorite hunting handgun. Your beautiful gun takes it up several notches. Please let us know how it shoots.

The set of grips Ronnie made for me are me favorite. And I have a few from some of the big names. He's as good as any of them. Especially with the palm swells.
