With me sending my 7 mag to my brother I have a bunch of Nosler 7mm partitions I don’t need. These are 50 count bags of seconds which means some cosmetic flaw supposedly. I have a couple bags of 140 grain pills, one bag plus a partial of 160 partitions and one box of 150 grain factory firsts. I’d like to trade into Nosler partitions or Accubonds for the old 270 I traded into. I would entertain any trade numbers you might think up such as one for one on seconds of partitions or even a two for one towards Accubonds. Let me know if you have any ideas.

Robb, I’ve got lots of 140gr. Hornady Interlocks, but no Nosler products in 270. If you want 2 for 1 on the partitions I’d be interested,

Thanks Trapr. I'm too old and busy to do a thorough load development project on this gun and I have used Nolser bullets for years so I think I will take the simple mans way and work on a few loads with the same cases, primers one or two Nosler bullets and a couple tried and true powders like H4831. I am looking for western Oregon hunting rifle accuracy since there is no long range stuff here and I just have not wrapped my head around range some guys can effectively shoot now days. Not knocking these folks and I have some good friends who I would not want to stand still in front of at 800-1000 yards and say go ahead, take a shot. Long range stuff is just something I have no experience nor knowledge about and no need for in western Oregon.

Agree, if I were looking for an all around bullet I’d stick with partitions, especially if wanting to shoot bigger game. I as well prefer to hunt my game rather than shoot it, which is what I refer to long range “hunting” I applaud those with the ability to hit small targets at long distance, but it is not my preferred method.
