Bought one of the 4" stainless steel GP-100s when they came out in .327 Federal... Had it for about a year and ended up selling it to a friend who was really big into .32s. Since I had a custom Model 53 done by JRH I didn't think I would miss it...wrong.
This morning had to blow snow and when I came back in, had a message from a friend who knew I was looking for a GP-100 3" 10mm...it wasn't a 10mm and not even a 3" but a 4" .327... Was in a shop 5 miles from the house so I called and put it on hold...
Gun is like new...not sure it has even been fired as it came with two 50 round boxes of Federal American Eagle 100 grain SPs and no rounds were missing. Salesman said that the previous owner traded it in for a .357 but couldn't find the box...not going to break my heart as it was several hundred less than the GB prices...

Good score!! I also am looking for a 10mm revolver. At current GB prices I am going to wait a little longer.

Great Grab!!! My own 327 Federal 10mm GP100s are 5" Blue Half Lugs. Excellent Guns.
Look forward to the range report. Kudos on adding another great one...

I HAVE THE 7 SHOT BLUE HALF LUG GP 100 IN 327, HAD CLEMENTS DO A PACKAGE ON IT AND ADDED A BOWEN RC RS. GOOD GUN, DESERVING OF MORE FIELD TIME AND USE BUT MY MODEL 97 5.5" 327 HAS MADE SAFE QUEENS OUT OF MY OTHER 3 327 REVOLVERS.
BEEN THINKING OF USING 1 OF MY NEW SAFRON HILLS RED DOT MOUNTS ON THE GP 100, PUTTING A FFIII ON IT AND SEEING WHAT THE GP 100 CAN REALLY DO. IT REALLY SEEMS TO LIKE THE FEDERAL AMERICAN EAGLE 100gr FACTORY AMMO.

Main reason I wanted this gun was to burn up a BUNCH of reloads with .313" diameter cast loads with 120 and 135 grain bullets that are very tight in a 4.25" FA 97 even though Fermin worked his magic on the cylinder throats... Before it needed .311s to run... So it looks like .312 after all these are burned up...
Have been out of town all week and hope to start burning up ammo next week...
Those 5" blue 1/2 lug guns are really nice...have never even seen one for sale in person..

Got to shoot the gun yesterday...very happy with the results. Only thing that will be replaced is the front sight blade. Have a black serrated Patridge with a green FO dot in my other two GP-100s and Redhawk and they seem to work best for me...
The 120s are running 1400 from a 6.5" barrel. Have no clue what the 135s are running but they are snappier than the 120s...

I would be interested to see what you can do with .32 H&Rmag in your 327fm.
I find myself shooting a lot more 32mag than 327federal mag. My 327fm shooters seem to be more accurate with 32mag and without the loud crack bursting ear drums.
