Hug your chest as tight as you can when you have to sneeze or cough to support the break. It isn't a miracle cure, but it helps

I used to "bounce" an awful lot and I used to be pretty darn good at it. Years of judo and other martial arts played into that.
At some point, I stopped bouncing well. I don't recall exactly when that happened; but it certainly happened. I try to avoid bounces now.
I hope you recover from your bounce well and quickly.
