Very nice build
The SBH spur is a welcome addition
That aged rough out holster fits the gun perfectly

Robster: GOOD LOOKING REVOLVER. I ADDED AN ALL STEEL ERH YO A RUGER BUCKEYE 32-20/32 AND 1 DAY IT CAME FLYING OFF, SO CHECK THE SCREW REGULARLY, MAYBE EVEN LOC-TITE IT.

I bought a Single Six .32 mag from Weaslemeatandgravy from the Ruger forum. Dropped it off with a local gunsmith. Two years later I picked it up and am very pleased with the results. Fitted Steel gripframe Super Blackhawk style hammer made by welding a SBH thumbspur to the SS hammer Removal of "Surgeon Generals Warning" on the side of the barrel New stocks from a couple slabs I had gotten from one of the gunsmiths at Turnbull Restoration. I think they might be cocobolo Steel ejector rod housing. I think it came out absolutely perfect. Now it's time to try to wear the bluing off it like on my Single Six .22 Who did the work?

I don't want to sidetrack Robster's Thread about this dandy little packing piece, but...
The 32 Magnum and 327 Federal are just as at home in a rifle. They are the best cast bullet small game rifles I've found yet.
A guy with a rifle/revolver combo in either of these fine revolvers is well set...

It's funny...a few years back you couldn't give the 32 Magnums away. I bought one from a Pawn Shop for $110 and sent it to JRH to build me a 25-20. Now, they're outrageous if and when you can find one... Here's a great article with data... www.handloadermagazine.com/32-h-r-magnum-pet-loads

Woody, Joe Tassone from Bridgeport NY. He is trying to wrap up and move out of NY so isn't taking on any work. He did a good job. I'm definetely pleased and it's perfect for a working gun. Not in the category of Turnbull, Harton or any of the other popular gunsmiths though but I wasn't looking to pay for museum quality work.

I’m not really look for a gunsmith. I’m lucky to have a few good ones I use locally. I’m not really doing much with handguns currently. More shotgun work. I have several .32 SS’s. I really enjoy them.

THAT is an absolutely exquisite custom.
I am especially fond of the subdued aesthetic, which omits any distraction from the beauty of the actual work done. You can't hide bad work when there's no decoration to distract the eye from it.
As stubbornly as I have stuck to my plan of reducing cartridges I maintain, for something like that, I think I could bend my own rules and add the 32 back into my revolver retinue. I love the 32s, and especially the 32 Mag, but made the hard decision to make my 35s my 32s.
A gun that beautiful would ruin me. I'd have to get the dies again, more moulds then a rifle, a DA revolver to complement,...
This is the ONE "pretty little thing" I've seen in a long, long time that turned my head and makes me think about giving up the otherwise comfortable, steady, reliable, good-looking situation that I have - toss it all to the wind. NOW, I understand how some men end up being distracted and getting divorced and losing it all - because of a "pretty little thing!" I have never understood that until now.
You know what though, my wife wouldn't care if I brought one of these home,...
I am NOT being facetious or exaggerating. That particular little 32 is just an amazing little doll of a single-action.
And, yeah, I'd hit Fermin up on a front sight. I never thought much about it, but it WILL make a difference if you're over 50 and it would be so much more appropriate for the level of class that gun exudes.
I've always liked the low-cost upgrade of one of Kelye's base pins, but have also decided that tdbarton's ejector rods are a MUST as well.
That little gun has so much class that it DESERVES those few little "nice things."

I would never have thought that a Super hammer would look so good. Beautiful. If'n I was doin instead of thinkin, I'd already had this done! LOL! Reminds me of a bigger Super Bearcat. Have a stainless set aside for when I get a 10mm conversion done. Was looking for an adjustable sighted stainless but may just use a fixed sighted one. Goin to be for totin around anyway.

Thanks for the nice comments. I'm partial to this little revolver now that I have had it customized a little. And bonus, she shoots well too!!!
