Found this thread too late to access the original listing so don't know specs. Also don't know who was selling it. I got my 97, .44 Spec w/5.5" bbl, new almost 2 years ago from SMJ Sports. For me it was the ultimate in single actions. My 83 is only loaded with starting to medium loads these days. At 80, the strength to control recoil is not there. Since I don't hunt, the paper will never know the difference.
Don't know how good a deal the OP referred to but I've never been upset with what I paid.
