Looking for a holster for the super blackhawk hunter with rail. Hoping maybe one of you guys have one gathering dust. Or just some advice on what type of rig you favor.

Simply Rugger has one (chesty puller with the correct holster) and so does Doc Barranti (Northwest Hunter). Both are very comfortable.

If you scope it the Von Ringler Wyoming Combination holster is perfect. I've used one for years. You can wear it over the shoulder or around your waist crossdraw or strong side. Von makes them for non-scoped as well and it has an ammo pouch on it. I have a buddy that has one like that.

Diamond D has the Denali that fits revolvers, scoped or not. I have one and I like it. Very light, but rugged enough for any use.

Drycreek, what is this Denali you speak of, I went to the DD website and no mention of a Denali only the Guides Choice.
disregard I found it, Diamond D outdoors instead of custom leather. Trapr

Long ago,, I tried on sixshot's NW Hunter by Mike "Doc" Barranti. Duly impressed,, I ordered mine. I have a few other holsters including a nice Simply Rugged one,, and I STILL prefer the NW Hunter over all others. Besides,, a "Hunter" model needs a "Hunter" holster!
