White labs proofed the Rossi 92 45 colt to 50kpsi. I would think that the Miroku should be equally strong. I have a stainless Puma in 45colt and have run ruger level loads in it.

There's no finer Winchester ever been produced than the Miroku. I second that!

Spoke to a very knowledgeable friend who has been running his with Ruger level loads for 20+ years with no issues. Advised a couple simple modifications that will allow for long nosed bullets, at least as long as Blackhawk length bullets.
I have so work to do now, going to be a fun gun. Honestly doubt it sees much in the way of heavy loads unless I decide to carry it for pigs at some point. But making it chamber longer bullets will be nice.
