Could Ruger actually have these back in production? New style case! www.gunbroker.com/Item/944109256Obviously the seller made a mistake in the description as this is a .45 flattop convertible.

When I looked at the pic and description and saw .44 Mag and saw the extra cylinder I thought cool, must be a .44-40 too. Read further down and it is a .45 Colt/.45 ACP. Nice but dang it

It does say it’s a 44 Mag in the Main Headline, Ooops
Interesting Grips with the BlackBird Medallions.
And the hammer looks a bit different? Vaquero Hammer?
1,150 plus tax, GB fee, Shiping, and end FFL fee. 😮

There are some Ruger Vaquero 5107 available now - blued, .357 mag, 4 5/8" barrel. Must've been made recently since there's so many new ones on GunBroker and other places.

Lots of mistakes in that add. On the header, it says factory new. In the description, it says pre owned.

I sent the seller a note regarding the errors. Let’s see what happens.

Every now and then I have found some bargains because they either screwed up the title, put it in the wrong category or just misspelled the header

I've seen 4 5/8" blued 357 Vaqueros all over so I would guess they're making SA revolvers again.

We are doing action and accuracy packages, replacing the front sights with one of Fermin‘s and blowing them back out the door.

I picked up a SS 4 5/8" .45 convertible flat top last week. It wasn't a new production gun, but it is in mint condition. That makes a pair of those guns for me now, one in blue, the other in stainless.
I love my full-size Blackhawk, but these flat tops are just great handling and feeling guns. And a Tier II load is all I need in them.
I'm going to keep the stainless as my user gun and keep the blued one as a base gun for a future custom. The blued one already has a lighter and smoother action and trigger. The stainless action and trigger are noticeably heavier. I may have to have it smoothed out eventually, but not until I shoot it a bit first.

I always try to find a 50th Anniversary .357 for a custom as there are a bunch of them and usually less expensive…..
