Ran into a Savage O/U 16 ga. two trigger Model 430.....Only info I found, with out digging, was it was only made from 1928 till about 1934 or 36....any help would be appreciated......thanks, Jack

Coogs sorry I have no info to offer. Only own one Savage, it is a 99 in 30 WCF I own a Browning Sweet 16 that fits me like a glove. Love the 16 gauge

I like the Savage combo guns. I had a 24C Camper model in 22 lr over 20 gauge with the shell compartment in the buttplate. I still have a 22 Magnum/410

I still have a 22 Magnum/410 Have a 24 in 223 over 12 gauge with black stock.... For me its a good "SHTF" weapon. The shotgun barrel has removable choke... Keep it broken down in a 10/22 bag.....
