They have some platform issues and it currently does not allow any new members or long gone members to register or reregister.

Generally, you need to be using the same email as you used back then,, your "handle" and your original password. And even then,, you may still have issues logging on.
LOTS of folks can no longer get on,, due to the issues with the server etc.

Thanks everyone. It's a good site. Hopefully, they'll get the issues worked out.

For some odd reason, it recently started letting me log in again after several years. Seems kinda slow over there now, though.
Rugerforum.net is like a ghost town after whatever change they went through. Oh well. Only gun forums I spend any time on are this place & a really cool NC/SC "local" forum.

The Ruger Forum didn't sell to the Canadians. But it's ownership changed hands a few times after the passing of our friend FlatGate,, (Carl Laco,, may he RIP)
The current owner knows there are issues,, and has basically scolded me in PM's when I've tried to help others get back on. His son is an IT guy who is supposed to be working on things to fix the server issues. Money to help was offered by a blocked member & was rejected. (That member has joined us here BTW!)
That's about as much info as I know.

I haven't been able to login since I started using a yahoo email.
BTW, I didn't know of Flatgates passing, always enjoyed his post.

The RF.net has this footer at the bottom of the page: Second Media Corp., 111 Peter Street, Suite 901, Toronto, Ontario, M5V 2H1, Canada I haven’t spent time there in years. I think I was banned during my first week. Y’all all know how hard I am to get along with! Tim
