My father’s Korea War service pistol. 1942 vintage with new leather from Barranti Leather and new (really old!) mammoth ivory grips from Scott Kolar. I need to take this by this week and show it to my dad. Thanks Scott and Doc! Your workmanship is something to see! Tim

This is the same gun in its naturally occurring state. It was always like this, in my dad’s top dresser drawer, except when we would take it out to shoot on trips to his parent’s in Mississippi. He’d break out the little cardboard boxes of WWII issue hardball and we’d stop at a sand pit and shoot. Tim
