The title says it all, I finally won my division at the 2019 IRC with an 8 round iron sight revolver. Also finished second place overall in the match with one Open shooter at the top. I know many of you shoot USPSA, IDPA, etc. so I thought you might want to see some match video:

Congratulations! Posted that before watching the video. Now that I watched, Fantastic!! That was amazing! Could tell lots of trigger time! You were dialed in! Now for the particulars, type of revolver, work done on it , components of your ammo! If it’s a secret recipe ,no worries. Thanks for posting! Again, amazing!

man... the way you blasted through that 1st TX Star... my fabricator buddy made a couple TX Stars to practice with... I'm lucky if I can knock off 5 plates with 6 shots, & that requires at least letting the swing slow down a little...

The ammo is pretty standard, 147 gr Blue Bullet with 3.2 gr of TiteGroup over a Federal primer. If you load them on the short side they run in everything from autos to revolvers no problem. The gun is a 929 with very basic mods. I recut the crown, bobbed the hammer, chamfered the cylinder, and did your basic action job. It's setup for 6.75# DA. Rear sight is a narrow notch Bowen, front sight is Dawson patridge target, and grips are custom made by Pat Hogue.

Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have shot USPSA for many years. I currently shoot a 6 shot revolver, 40 S&W in matches. I fully understand how hard it is to succeed at such a tough sport. I tip my hat to you!

Congratulations, very well done & I noticed some very tight angles so your foot work had to be spot on for several of the stages, you set them up very well. Impressive!
