I'VE HAD THEM IN .480, .44 MAGNUM, AND .454 SINCE DAY ONE--I SAY YES.

Only had a raging Hornet, and it was good enough for a custom project

I've got a fairly hard to find Raging Bull in 41 Magnum. It's one of the finest built DA Revolvers I own.
My vote is YES...

I have one in .44 and love it. Great gun.

Dr. Larry Rogers also has a good deal of experience with the Raging Bull.

I can only say I shot on in 454 Casull. It was the softest shooting of the two I have shot.

Can’t say about the .454 but I had one in .480 and it shot well

Just check it over good first. Don't have a Taurus now. Have owned a few thru the years. There are some that I do miss. Some not so much.

Groo here I have an original 454 6 1/2 inch that was factory polished [ think nickle] It shoots well , and can handle any factory 454.[ I would NOT shoot the OLD loads for the FA83 though!!!] Am thinking about a newer softer grip though.

How does the ‘Bull’ handle cast bullets? I think they all have porting and I wonder if the porting affects the cast bullets.

NO PAT ANSWER--YOU WILL SIMPLY HAVE TO TRY CAST BULLETS. MAYBE YES; MAYBE NO.

Have a 5" 454 and wish I had it sooner for hunting...
