Been raining like a cow pi$$in' on a flat rock off and on for two weeks, cant get out to shoot or hunt so I thought I would take some pics of my new acquirement's. Haven't got to fire any of these except the .44 in the top right corner of the second photo. A couple of .44 specials and a .357 in the middle. .44 mags and a single six hunter.

Longhunter1750.... a decisive selection of hardware. Perhaps you will throw throw us in the Peanut Gallery a few goobers----particulars on sixgun, sight, your shooting style. If you pack in leather, please don’t be shy about it. Curiosity killed the cat. Satisfaction brought it back. David Bradshaw

It's unfortunate that leather for six-guns cut for optics is generally a special order proposition, unless you get lucky on the second hand market, because any one of those is a viable hunting rig.
I can't decide on a favorite, but that round butt Hunter speaks to me. If inclined, a guy could have those scope cutouts welded up for a clean looking ribbed SA, but I think it's perfectly nice as-is even if they're not used for optics.

Here is what I carry in, they are made by Western Images Leatherworks. I picked up a 4" and a 6" off of ebay at a pretty good price and cut my own slot in them for the sights, was thinking I need to clean the edges up a bit more and maybe add some stitching around the edge but they work fine for now. I cant see open sights worth a damn so I put scopes on everything and those didnt work out either, too much over exaggerated movement, I'm sure there is a word for that I just cant think of it. I tried these small red dots and they work perfect for me, the reason I chose the Burris was simply that they were the cheapest ones I could find that would take the recoil of a .44. But turns out they are very good sights, easy to use, adjustable brightness and you dont have to take them apart if you have to change the battery. I'm kinda stuck on them.
