BEEN LOOKING AT GETTING SOME OF THESE (THE PISTOL ONE AND THE STANDARD RIFLE ONE). SAW MIXED REVIEWS ON AN AMAZON SITE. CALLED THE TEL # ON THE WEBSITE BUT NO ANSWER. EMAILED THE EMAIL IN THE WEBSITE BUT GOT A KICK BACK/FAILURE NOTICE. ARE THESE GUYS STILL IN BUSINESS? WILL THESE WORK ON HEAVILY CRIMPED REVOLVER LOADS? I GOT A KINETIC PULLER BUT WHAT A TIME CONSUMING PAIN IN THE REAR TO USE.

Collet pullers deform bullets. Inertia works better for me

If I'm correct, those were originally intended for 'soft-seated' benchrest loads, with minimal neck tension. Probably won't be too successful with normally loaded ammo, with lots of neck tension.

Side cutters work well, but damage the bullet some. I usually use either inertia, RCBS collet or big lineman pliers with the side cutter on bullets I want to pull.

I have them and they work great for solid copper and jacketed bullets (crimped and un-crimped). Can't recall using them on any lead bullets yet (it'll happen someday, just been lucky so far). I think they are money well spent of you can find them.
Hope this helps.

About a week or so ago I pulled around 100, 416 bullets from loaded and Lee Factory Crimped brass. It took a bit to get a good rhythm going . But I got up to almost 3 rounds pulled, powder dumped and bullets piled per minute. A good hard few swats with the RCBS inertia bullet puller got most of them moving. As long as I didn't keep whacking once the bullet was free I had minimal bullet nose damage. It's not very fancy. But it works. I'de like a collet puller for each caliber . But, one thing about the whackers, they are versatile.

I have been using a set of RCBS collet type bullet pulling dies for many decades. They do put a ring on the bullet ogive, but I have re-used most of them with no ill effects to accuracy. I have tried the other types, but never found them as easy to use as the collet dies.

If you use a Co-Ax, this puller won't work. Using any of the other style presses it works well enough. I bought one some years back for use on rifle calibers and depending on how well it is finished inside of the "jaws" you can expect some scarring to the bullets (again I used it for jacketed only).
I went back to a whacker.

I have a grip n pull. Do not use it much and prefer the inertia or even a side cut plier that deforms the bullet. Anyway, the grip n pull works sometimes but not always.

GOT MY PISTOL GRIP-N-PULLer IN AND TRIED IT LAST NIGHT ON A HEAVILY CRIMPED AFRAME 454, NO LUCK, I COULDN'T SQUEEZE THE TOOL TIGHT ENUFF TO HOLD THE BULLET, GOING TO TRY SOME CHANNEL LOCKS TO CLOSE THE TOOL TIGHTER. ALSO A 3rd HAND WOULD REALLY HELP.

WELL, AT LEAST ON HEAVILY CRIMPED 454 LOADS, THE GRIP-N-PULLer WAS A TOTAL WASTE OF $52, GLAD I DIDN'T THROW MY WHACKER AWAY.
