Did any of y'all go to the SHOT Show? Any new manufacturers or new guns for this crowd?

I went to SHOT. For our crowd,, nothing really stood out as anything to get worked up over. BUT,, I didn't see it all, and I didn't get by BFR either. Ruger's new stuff had already been announced, so no surprises there. The Security-Nine was a good feeling handgun, for a semi. All that aside,, I did spend some time at a few target vendors. Some interesting steel targets & such were displayed. I may be investing in a few for my range.
One thing of note,, that has been out for a year or so,, is a foldable, .22 mag single shot CCW emergency gun. It's the size of a credit card, (but thicker of course.) It's by "Trailblazer Firearms," and is called the "LifeCard .22 Mag."
I'm going to get one for our FoNRA event, and see what happens.
Lots of black, plastics, & tactical items. It's the current craze,, and it is selling. I guess the younger crowd is happy with that stuff.
Even Mossberg has gotten into that game. They now have a sub-compact 9mm semi-auto pistol. It didn't "fit" my hands, and i didn't think it looked too good. But if it works, and sells, who knows.

I was there. Didn't see a lot of news worthy stuff but I only check out the stuff I like. Did check out the new King Cobra. Nothing like the original but cool. Rep. did say they may be bringing back the Anaconda down the road. Did spend quite a bit of time with the BFR guys at the Kahr Arms display. Great bunch. Brett was great to talk to and really has a passion for these guns. I HIGHLY recommend going through the Precision Center for your BFR. For those who do not know the 500 Linebaugh will be a production gun this year. It will be available in the popular 5.5 barrel length and I think the 7.5 but don't quote me on that. Of course you can get it however you like through the Precision Center. Other than that, lots of pretty women and a million AR's of course.

The two things that caught my attention the most were the new 350 Winchester Legend and the new Kel Tec CP33 pistol. I'm more than likely going to pick up the Kel Tec at some point and time this year if I can ever come across one locally. Target styled 22lr with a 5" barrel and a 33 round standard mag with them coming out with a extension to take that out to 50 rounds? Yes please! www.keltecweapons.com/pistols/cp33
