Does anyone here cast 338 caliber bullets or know a reasonable source? I have found a couple of 200 gr on GB. I'm looking for something bigger if available for plinking in a small capacity 338 wildcat.

Not much commercially avaliable in .338, what weight are you looking for and what wildcat are you shooting? If you are a caster accurate molds has several designs, I had Tom cut a couple of my designs (34-250Z and 34-310Z) and they shoot great in my gun at subsonic speeds. The 250Z is my mid weight and used when I need a little more speed (1050-1120fps) and the 310gr is a sledgehammer @ 1000-1050fps. Both feed thru my AR15 no issues as well.

I'm shooting a 338x221 (338 whisper#2). Since I am going to shoot it subsonic, I want the biggest rock to throw and I don't cast.
That Montana Bullet Company 250 gr looks pretty good. Thanks.
