Finally got to the range for the first time this Summer. Monsoons have finally arrived and fire danger has diminished so the range is open. I picked up this Browning Low Wall chambered in .223 last winter and have been waiting to get it out. Previous owner refinished the stock and it came out very well IMO. Will make a fine walking varminter. Shot 4 different loads of Benchmark at 0.5gn increments right around max loads for a Nosler 50gn Ballistic Tip. Shot the new .327 a little too with some .32 H&R loads I had around. I think it's going to do well with some .327 handloads... 5 shots at 100yds. Now I need to bracket around this load and chrono it. Should be going about 3500fps....

That low wall is a pretty one... both on paper & off

Stock looks much better with the matte finish. That Browning high gloss shows marks so easily and obscures the figure in the wood with all that reflected light.
Great carrying package right there.

I really need to take some better photos. That one really makes the wood look like crap....

Crank your right eye to the left 2 clicks and you should be OK.
Looks like the cylinder fell out your new sixgun. Send it to S Texas and I’ll fix it for you.

I see you have a set of VZ “Ivory” grips. I just bought some, deciding which gun gets them.

Why, yes I did.
I kinda' like them for a more utility grip. I'm not sure I'd buy the ivory color again.
Seems like they have some sharpish edges too. I need to work on them just a tad to remedy that.
They are nice and slender though and fit my smallish hands well.
Price is right too.
