I need to send a gift to a friend who recently let my wife and I borrow his house for a long weekend getaway. He's a cigar smoker and I know literally nothing about cigars. I would like to get him something as a small token of our appreciation, most likely a sample pack of cigars. Any guidance would be appreciated, I'm looking at the Cigars Int'l site and it has a dizzying array of choices.
Thanks

5 Vegas, Gurkha, Ashton. Those are my 3 favorite brands. Romeo y Julieta is another good one. Rocky Patel also make some good ones. I hear Camacho makes good ones but have never had one.

"My Father" is an awesome series of high-end cigars by Pepin.

JRs usually has nice sampler packs. Or Arturo Fuentes Hemingways.
Heck step outside the box and get him a pipe and a blend or two.

Great idea!
Wish I could help....I'm a pipe smoker!
If I smoke cigars they're Toscanos.
Ugly cigars...kind Clint smokes in the Westerns....

Thanks for the replies, I ended up getting him a variety sampler with some accessories, who knew it would be so difficult.
