My Public Service Announcement, is that Palmetto State Arms has a Memorial Day sale on Federal Bulk Pack .22 for $19.99 for 525 rounds. Buy five or more boxes, and the shipping is free of charge. That is less that $0.004 per round, actually 3.8 cents per round.
Buy it cheap! Stack it deep!
Mobjack Don't forget the meaning of Memorial Day. All gave some, some gave all.

The Federal Auto Match is still in stock. How's it compare?

I use the “AmmoSeek” app and I found several listings below $0.038 per round but no free shipping. It is good to see cheap 22 ammo back in the market place.

It is good to see cheap 22 ammo back in the market place. Especially since I ordered a .22 conversion for the ARs today... I've still got a little under half of a .50 cal can of loose, mixed ammo and some value packs I haven't touched but I don't think I can ever have enough .22 on hand.

During the peak of the .22 shortage, I thought I had gotten down to around 8,000 rounds of .22; but I found several bulk packs recently that I had forgotten so it was probably closer to 12,000. Restocked a bit since then; but need to stock up some more and shoot a bunch.

The Federal Auto Match is still in stock. How's it compare? This is a little late, but nobody answered you. The Federal Auto Match is pretty good stuff, it’s 40gr solid nose, gray with clear lube, not copper clad like Federal Bulk. I bought 12K last year and have used it exclusively in my old Ruger MII 6 7/8” Gov model, it’s accurate and has run without a hitch since I started using it. If you find a deal on it, don’t be afraid to stock up on it.
