This old Ruger Blackhawk .45 has been around a fair long time, seeing in excess of 10,000 rounds down its bore. Seldom carried, I got this new holster just yesterday: And, here posed with a few more companions: Bob Wright

I need a strong side holster, how do you like the Mernickle?

I need a strong side holster, how do you like the Mernickle? I liked the Mernickle fine, it carried well and most comfortable. However, now it carries a mite too high for me and cramps my shoulder during the draw. That is why I've gone to the Tom Threepersons style (of sorts) lately. Seems I'm not as flexible as I used to be. Bob Wright

Nice rigs Bob. I like the new leather best of all. It has plain, functional beauty and craftsmanship.
