The mainspring in my Freedom Arms mini .22 Mag broke this morning. A search of known parts dealers makes them seem to be unobtainium. Anyone know of a source for one? Pretty thick spring. I'm amazed it broke, though I've heard of it happening in others' guns, too.
Thanks in advance!

I'm sure you've already thought about this, but how close is the spring from the NAA mini revolver?

I'm sure you've already thought about this, but how close is the spring from the NAA mini revolver? Yes, that was my first thought. However, looking at parts diagrams, they appear to be just different enough that they won't interchange.

I may do that. Just don't know if the .22 LR and .22 Mag used the same spring. I will probably call Freedom Arms next week. I don't think they work on them anymore, but maybe they can point me in the right direction.

Any chance FA might have one hanging around? That would be the ideal solution. I've read the mainsprings are a bear to install on these.
