Is there any way to get the regular size lever on their carbines instead of the oversized lever? I'm not a fan of the aesthetics of the bigger levers... Call Henry, and they should be able to accommodate you. At worst, they sell both levers in their store.

..the .327 and .41 Big Boy Steel Carbines are on my list...looks like .41 is 1/18 also....
That said, I don't know what my Marlin 1894 is but it shoots heavy cast bullets just fine...

Nice rifles and I would like one in .327 Fed Mag, but I just can't get past the Henry CF rifles not having a loading gate.

I grew up with Marlin rimfires, so the tube loading bothers me not at all. Loading gates chew up my thumbs anyway.
My .41 carbine & my bud's .45-70 are very nicely made guns. I have a massive case of the wants for the .357 color case carbines as a companion for my .357 Blackhawk.

Has anyone seen one of these in the wild? The 44 magnum is on my radar. The real sticking point is 20 versus 16 inch tube.

Bobby Guys, the above poster IS Bobby Tyler of Tyler Gunworks. He just gets confused sometimes and thinks he’s a regular guy... Yes, he and his crew do the CCH for Henry and many other companies. That’s why they all look so fantastic anymore.

Is Henry planning to offer the 327 w/color case receiver? Does anybody know?
