Been looking for one like that in 45 colt, but that ones pretty enough to convert a guy to 41.

Lol. I’ve done that more than once. Think more than a few times.
I keep try8ng to make myself a 41 nut. Have a true appreciation for the 41, and still have a few other guns, mostly smiths, in the chambering, but I too love 45 colt. I have a beauty of a 45 TLA #5, but it’s just blued with pretty figured walnut stocks. It’s staying too.
For me here in Alaska, if I want to enjoy carry8ng and using a gun, it’s essentially has to be Stainless. Even then, on rifles I stil, cerecoat, as even Stainless isn’t rust proof. Guns like this one make me wish (only for a second) that I lived in Idaho or Arizona or High Sierras. Sure would be nice to have a classy blued/case hardened gun and be able to carry it with confidence. Damn salty air and unrelenting rain typical of our hunts.
