Almost always have Penn non-res. w/deer tag and such. This year got the bear tag that used to come with, years ago. So heading up Fri am with a stack of meatloaf sandwhiches n 480 ammo. Odds not good, but fun will be had.

I've noticed that this year ( for the 1st time that I ever remember ) I'm more sensitive to cold... I'm well known for not wearing a coat during the winter, unless I'm working outside for an extended period, & I never miss work due to illness... I'm not wearing a coat today... long sleeve T shirt under a dress shirt... & am a little chilly... & it's not even below zero yet... looking like I may need to buy more cold weather gear, as I get older

Yeah, used to walk to the mailbox thru the snow barefoot. Not happening anymore. Used to ride the motorcycles if the roads were plowed and melted off dry. As Rick/Red Green used to say, "We are all in this together", referring to us middle-aged men types.
