I've been a big bore revolver guy since I took interest in revolvers, reading about John Linebaugh's big calibers and owning my fair share of large calibers to include a custom 475 Linebaugh BFR, a PC 500 JRH BFR, FA83 454 casull etc. A good friend has been getting me interested in the smaller calibers that are actually fun to shoot. One of which is a single seven in 327 federal. Long story short I ordered one this afternoon. A single seven with a 5.5 inch barrel, have to say I'm really fortunate to get it while I had the chance. Hope everything goes smoothly and will have my single seven. www.wholesalehunter.com/Product/Details/11179612?fs=1

As a dedicated big bore guy, I can tell you you're not going to find a better understudy. As a matter of fact, there's no better way to tell you are doing your best work with a big bore without alternating cylinders with a small bore.

The more I read about the smaller calibers the more impressed I am. May look into other small calibers in the future. Late to the small bore side of revolvers, but better late then never.

Yeah, Kyle won't ever regret this purchase. Little does he know, small bores are just as addictive as big bores. Keep the credit card handy.

I really love this caliber, and a Single Seven seems like the perfect platform for it. You'll have to tell us all about it once you have it in-hand!

You are going to love your new Single Seven, a pound of powder goes a long way. Lots of targets of opportunity & you'll find yourself taking it with you more & more.

Just picked up my beautiful 327 single seven today. I have to say everything on this revolver is perfect. The cylinder locks up tight without play. The grip frame is exquisitely fitted to the frame. Have to say I’m really pleased with my purchase and really look forward to shooting and reloading. Thank you everyone for the positive posts and opinions.

I have 32's (32 H&R, 327 and 32 WCF) and 45 Colt revolvers, and several calibers in between. And yes, the small ones see the most use.
