I've tried a few different brands. Storm Lake's customer service was good, but I never got their barrels to function reliabily.
In my G20, I bought 2 KKM Precision barrels that have worked very well and been very accurate. I went with KKM over LWD (Lone Wolf Distributors) because LWD's standard 10mm barrel did not have full chamber support. Not sure on the Alpha Wolf 10mm barrel.
For my Glock 30 and 21, I went with LWD as their .45 Auto barrels do have full chamber support. They work well and are pretty accurate. Also very affordable.
If price isn't a factor, I would recommend KKM. I feel like they have better quality over LWD. But the LWD .45 Auto barrels I have work just fine.

My KkM in my G19 is pretty amazing. The last two groups I shot with Underwood ammo with my forearms rested at 25 were just a shade over 1". I'll take that anyday from my Glock. Suppressed, it's just fun

Alpha Wolf, KKM, and Barsto barrels in Glocks here... No functioning or accuracy issues with any of them. My AW and KKM barrels are drop in. The Barsto was a semi fit. FWIW all my factory Glock barrels shoot good too.

A factory 45 Glock will amaze you if you ever real sit down and group it. Surprisingly, I think the G30 is one of their most accurate. We found a mount years ago for a Glock and mounted a 4x Leupold to it just to see how well it would do. It would outshoot some really nice custom 1911. Talk about making you look at those in the safe a little differently . I think we shot 12-13 hogs that year with that gun. Doubled on two at 35 yards one afternoon. All were shot using Ranger 230+P

I could only part with it because I knew he'd appreciate it. And I replaced with a G30S. My wife loves the G30S but couldn't do a G30 grip. The G30S has not disappointed in any way!

I bought a S3F conversion barrel for my Glock 23 to shoot 9mm in it. I'm happy with it, no malfunctions so far.

I have a 41 with a KKM barrel and an RMR I need to have it milled for. Just haven't taken the time to mail it off and have it done lately. Funny thing is that it will never get finished sitting in the safe. Hahaha. I don't think I've ever shot that one so I'm curious to see how it does accuracy wise. Like that it carries in the same holster as the G34/35 size guns.

I just fit a BarSto match threaded barrel to my G36, they are the only one still making threaded batrels for the G36. Have not shot it yet but hope to in a week or so. It was easy to fit and locks up tight.

I've had two Glocks set up with Storm Lake barrels, a 19 and a 32. Both functioned perfectly, and both were quite accurate. The machining and finish was silky smooth on each one. I purchased these several years apart, and the work seemed identical on either one.
I wouldn't hesitate to use their products again.

Zeus I would appreciate any and all information on the mount you have for the model 30. Iron sights get pretty iffy at 15 yards and beyond, something for load testing would be great.

I have KKM's in a G20, G17, G34, G35. All shoot well and offer increased accuracy. The crowns on the barrells are a little ruff.

for those of you that have fit aftermarket barrels to your glocks, what brand did you use and how does it shoot. I am thinking about one for my g19. thanks All of the Glock 45s I have shot didn't need a replacement barrel. The factory units were astounding. Now, the 40s were not quite as good, more along the lines of 2-2.5" at 25 yds at best. All my 40s were city owned, so I was stuck with them as is. The Glock 9s are a whole different matter. They seem to be all over. My last 2 were terrible. I bought LW barrels and they were even worse. Pretty frustrating. I would try KKM or Bar Sto in 9mm.
