I just got off the phone with Ruger customer Service about a Single Seven with a oversize grip frame and u can load it by pushing the shell in, but the only way u can unload it would be to take the cylinder out. It also has .009 cylinder gap and a unfired stainless 357 Black Hawk that the grip frame is also oversize. The grip frames are at least .060 oversize in places. It is the grip frame, not the grips. I called previously and the girl told me there was no time limit to send them back with a prepaid shipping box. I was busy at the time. When I called today the girl told me that they had to be returned within 2 years of manufacture. after a little arguing the finally said they would send the prepaid boxes. I told her that I had more than 35 ruger revolvers and I would not buy any more if they would not stand behind their products. Both are unfired since leaving the factory Ron
