took this bison nov 3rd last year with a head shot from my scope sighted contended in 45-70.the ranchers son was helping out with the skinning chores and got a little excited and ran in and slit its throat before i had a chance to give it an insurance shot.lucky he didnt get kicked to kingdom com by its death throws.
