A few years ago I bought a Colt New Frontier with ivory grips. Don't particularly care for them. Got some other grips for it. Any idea what the ivory grips are worth?

I do not know what to tell you with all the new laws and the paperwork involved.

That's my concern. Figured selling them might be problematic.

My understanding is, to not go afoul of federal law, you have to sell the ivory within your home state. Some states, like I believe Kalifornia, have state laws prohibiting sale. "They" have made it very difficult to sell legal ivory. As far as price, it could be low, because you are limited in who you can sell to, but on the other hand, when things are difficult to obtain, the cost goes up. If you are in Virginia, I'll offer $20. Good luck on your sale. I have heard rumblings that the administration *could* roll back the Obama rules, but if that is true, it would be a low priority. Mobjack Ivory fan.
