...but I have a couple of friends that do, but some for different reasons.
I was given a small bar of what appears to be lead, but is marked,
"Sn60 B.S. KESTER SOLDER E 1lb Sn60"
One friend casts for bullets, another casts for fishing weights. Who do I take this to, and what composition do I have? Can anyone here shed some light?

The Sn 60 part is telling you the bar is 60% Tin. The remaining would be lead Pb. Your bullet casting friend would certainly have use for it.
