I'm having trouble copying the Links from my phone but it seems official Colt is releasing a new double action Cobra. Stainless steel 6 shot with a user-replaceable front sight. That's some pretty big news from Hartford!

The suggested retail price was kinda a surprise, in a nice way.

The suggested retail price was kinda a surprise, in a nice way. Agreed! I hope they get enough in the supply chain that the street price matches it or is lower. Also hoping this eventually leads to the resurrection of some of Colt's other DA revolvers as well. Eric

Good news and a good price. Colt is starting of 2017 on the right foot.

good for Colt....my first handgun was a Series 70 Government (read a lot of Jeff Copper) and my second was a 4" Python I still have. Also a Cobra made in the early `70s that still locks up tight as a drum. I wish they luck....

I've got a like new Detective Special coming in at the end of this month so that will cover my Colt belly gun itch. I think I'd rather have the Kimber .357 over this new Colt if I were in the market at this price point. Not diggin the looks of this one. But I am glad to see Colt back in the revolver game.
