When I was getting ready to retire from the Navy, Lee and I had a brisk correspondence going for about a year. Lee, Rob Leahy and I horse traded a bit and I really enjoyed Lee's advice and commentary. I wish I had taken his advice I'd be up about 4 grand.
We have kept him in our thoughts and prayers.

FWIW, I have been declared terminal because of cancer twice in the last five years. Survived the first one... Metastatic salivary gland cancer and am winning the fight against the latest cancer... Burkitt-like lymphoma. Lee... Do not give up!!! I am living proof that cancer can be beat. I had lymphoma in 1977 and survived that as well. Three time loser and I am going to win this time also. You can also...

I remember that series of trades and always wished I'd jumped into the chain as well. Nifty revolver. Lee is a titan, a man to whom so many of us owe a debt of gratitude. He is in our thoughts and will always be a hero.
