It's out!!! Next edition of "Think Tank" americanhandgunner.com/tanks-take-on-the-magnificent-seven/Tank, your eloquent narrative had me opening a new tab for Google...........Lacrimal??? Was it even a word?? Was it a not politically correct word? Inquiring minds wanted to know. Google came to the rescue......Lacrimal, now I know. Thanks for expanding my vocabulary. Great article, keep up the great work!!!

I saw the movie a couple weeks ago... definitely worth going to... best "western" of the last 3 I've seen... one little thing TANK left out... was that little S&W top break spur trigger single action ( either model 1.5 or 2 ) I couldn't stop, rewind in slow mo & check it out... I collect these, so I got a kick out of seeing one... lots of action, but not overly bloody ( of which I was thankful for )... last western I saw was Hateful 8... in which they must have brought in the blood by the semi tank truck... over all I thought TANK did an excellent write up & it was nice to see the rigs up close

Cool ! Indian Red Harvest's sixgun appears to have the hammer spur modded for fanning ?

Indian Red's gun is a cartridge conversion, standard hammer.

Tank it was a good write-up and I really appreciated seeing the photos of the leather work. Haven't seen the movie and probably will not. I don't take time for those things.
I miss the write-ups on the range reports and all your good shooting and ammo loading.

The sixgun in the "special fancy rig", sure looks like the hammer is standing straight up like the ones pictured in John Taffins book, said to have been modded for fanning . Hmmnnn..

After more looking, at more guns, I'm thinking, not modded. Thank you Jayhawker.
