Just picked up a Ruger Single Six Stainless with 5.5" barrel. Using Missouri 100 gr RNFP Bullets. Any suggestions?

Not on that bullet. But, hope your gun is as good as mine. I'm sure it is.
I bought one a month ago. Put a Belt Mountain locking base pin, Badger grips and changed the sights to a square notch rear and Ruger silhouette front.
It shoots 1" at 35 yards.

xtratoy, I hope you are as satisfied with your purchase as I have been. I load that 100grain Missouri Bullet over 3.3 grains of Titegroup and a regular primer. It shoots all day at about 950fps.

Might want to try 3.0 to 3.5 grains of WW231 - groups pretty good for me with my 98 grain cast bullets - my revolvers prefer the 3.5 grain load.
