I like it a lot.
It is VERY low to the ground and it is sorta a PItA to get up from it.

Looks like something that you have to roll out of & then do a push-up.
Wonder if I can still do a push-up....

Beautiful gun snyd keep practicing and you Will bring home your prize. I Love these stories after being diagnosed with ms and the last 15 years getting a lot worse I'm making peace with the fact that my bucket list will never be empty. I still shoot my big boomers a ,480 super Redhawk and a 475 BFR with a 5.5 inch barrel but it's only at the range. Good luck and looking forward to the update of your hunt

That chair and position have me intrigued.
I have to admit though that, after seeing how my .460 shredded papers and plastic on the gun rest, I'm a little scared of accidentally getting any body parts (knees) anywhere close to front of that cylinder. Just have to be careful I guess.

It makes me feel a lot better about myself seeing other peoples offhand groups. All these supported groups had me thinking I was a hopeless cause with a handgun.LOL That's the truth for sure. I start thinking I'm useless with a handgun. Then I hit a squirrel in a tree and I feel lots better. That's a great moose hunt. Snyd ; Great vid. Thanks for posting it. A friend has a very similar 500 L. Except with a round barrel. I sent him a link to your vid.

I've always remembered Ross Seyfried's "one shot group" as the only one that really matters. No matter what I'm shooting I always try to remember that.

I use the chair with the leg crossed often too.
I do quite a bit of offhand practice with full throttle 454, as well as 475 and 500s since I think it forces the focus of concentration and makes you get all muscles in unison. Plus you get a bit of adrenaline that you have to overcome in order to avoid flinching.
Snyd, Amazing place to be. Must've been quite a great experience to be out there with such a superlative revolver hunting moose in such a pristine land. Glad you didn't have to hike him out the whole way.
