I really like the look of that Match Champion... if I did not already have a nice 4" stainless GP-100... I think one of those might have to find a way coming home with me... but since the GP was my 1st handgun, it has sentimental value... so it needs to stay... I'm actually getting pretty far on stocking up with ammo... fortunately Remington did a run on 30-40 Krag, so I got stocked up there... I see they also just did a run in 35 Remington, so I'll be grabbing some of those... this week, though... I think it'll be Remington 50 grain 223 ammo for my early ( slower twist ) heavy barrel Remington 700 BDL... I have about 1500 cases for that rifle... I'd like to replace about half of those with loaded rounds, put on the bottom, & continue to reload my empty cases... the extra empty cases go to my gun show table in March still need a few "normal" hunting calibers, & still could use some more 6.5 Jap, & 6.5 Carcano, as well as 7.7 Swiss, in the old milsurp stuff... also could use some more PRVI M1 Grand loads... I bought several a while back, but moved on to something I had less of, now I'm not seeing the "Garand" loads around right now ... there's a few others I have yet to fill up on, but with so many calibers, I normally buy about half of what I'd like, then move on to something I have less of... but when I had the ammo lockers open the other night it's putting a smile on my face to see I'm getting closer to my goal of loaded rounds

I usually buy guns for 2 or 3 times what they sell for may take me awhile but I find what I want in the end for less usually. Tell me what you want, I will gladly sell you any gun for 2 or 3 times what they sell for:) LOL I was typing fast, but I think ya know what I mean. Sucks sometimes but as much as we all spend on this hobby for some of us that's the only way to get new or new to us stuff and afford everything else like reloading supplies, factory ammo, holsters, gun smithing equipement etc, etc,etc.............

I'm on a ammo binge right now and have sold a few guns that I don't "need". I've consolidated my calibers but still have a few of my fun guns.

I have a range buddy that keeps telling me, "stop buying guns, buy ammo and components!". He is of the opinion that things might get a little scary in the near future.

I wasn't going to buy any guns this year, but that 44 Special Bisley flattop popped up and I succumbed. Then there was that cute little Glock 43 that fit so good in a front pocket with the DeSantis super fly holster...
And hats, as if I don't have it bad enough with the firearm collecting...
A Stetson wool cowboy hat, a Justin 4x fur felt cowboy hat, an Outback oilskin hat for rainy Oregon days, a Penman Everyman "Skull" (Indy 4) hat, a Penman Everyman "Casablanca" hat, and order in for a handmade/custom 100% beaver Penman "Leverage/Kane" style fedora.
