A friend is looking for a blued .44 Mag. Prefers barrel length to be no longer than 5.5" If anyone knows of one for sale, Please let me know.

Is he looking for a fairly stock gun or does he want a full blown custom? I have a 5 1/2" octagon barreled, long cylinder bisley with sambar stag grips by John Gallagher I would sell.

Robb, you might have him take a hard look at the Redhawk. If he is looking to whack hogs, the Redhawk is readily available in 5 1/2" and it has the longer cylinder to accommodate the really big loads to boot.

Good point Dos Perros, but I think he is looking for a backup gun. They hunt hogs on horseback with dogs so traditionally use a pig sticker to put down the hog so not to worry about shooting a dog. The .44 is backup in case..........
I think he is very interested in BB44's 44 so I put the two in touch and we will let you know what pans out.
